Before you place your order…

Every Heirloom Holiday Co. keepsake is lovingly handmade, letter pressed, foiled, packed and dispatched by our little team here at the North Pole.

(well… Sheffield, but we don’t like to spoil the magic).

Many of our treasures are personalised especially for your family, meaning each piece is made to order rather than taken from a shelf.

Please allow a minimum of 2–6 weeks for dispatch during our Christmas pre-order period. Some orders may be completed sooner, but every parcel is created carefully by hand and never rushed.

Before completing your order, please take a moment to check all personalisation carefully.

Double-check every name, spelling and date before ordering.

Each personalised item is made exactly as entered and, once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Every order is carefully wrapped, checked and inspected by our elves before leaving the workshop, ready to become part of your family’s Christmas traditions for years to come.

After all, heirlooms aren’t made in a hurry.
