The elves have been hard at work preparing for another magical Christmas season and have made a very important announcement.

The North Pole Pre-Order Window will officially open on 1st July at 10am.

This special opening allows families to reserve treasured keepsakes, personalised gifts and North Pole favourites well in advance of Christmas Eve.

As many of our most beloved items are handcrafted, letterpress printed and personalised especially for each family, this will be the only opportunity to purchase personalised products for Christmas 2026.

Once the workshop doors close, the elves will turn their attention to packing stockings, preparing parcels and ensuring every North Pole delivery leaves on time for Christmas.

This means that throughout the festive season, our team can focus on dispatching standard gifts, tags, ribbons, treats and Christmas treasures as quickly as possible, even when the post is busy and the workshop is at its merriest.

We encourage all families hoping to secure personalised keepsakes to place their orders during the July pre-order event.
