2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.

  • Handmade and letterpress printed products naturally contain slight variations.

  • Minor variations are considered part of the charm and character of our products and are not faults.

4. Personalised Products

Please carefully check all names, dates and spelling before placing your order.

As personalised items are created specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The item is faulty.

  • An error has been made by Heirloom Holiday Co.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

In the unlikely event that a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

We do not store payment card details.

7. Dispatch & Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Heirloom Holiday Co. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier services.

  • Customs procedures.

  • Adverse weather conditions.

  • Industrial action or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Christmas Orders

Christmas is our busiest season and postal services may experience delays.

Customers are encouraged to place orders early.

While we will always dispatch orders within the timeframe stated, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels are with the carrier.

9. Lost Parcels

A parcel will not be considered lost until the relevant postal service’s investigation period has elapsed.

We will always work with customers to resolve any issues fairly.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, photographs, logos, text and products created by Heirloom Holiday Co. remain the intellectual property of Heirloom Holiday Co.

These may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

12. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are supplied under separate wholesale terms.

Products purchased for resale may not be reproduced, copied, or altered in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property of Heirloom Holiday Co.

13. Cancellations

Orders for non-personalised items may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under our Returns Policy.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Severe weather.

  • Postal disruptions.

  • Strikes.

  • Supply shortages.

  • Power failures.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting Heirloom Holiday Co. Each order is carefully prepared and packed from our studio in Sheffield, England.

Processing Times

Many of our products are made, printed or assembled by hand. Please allow:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 weeks

  • Personalised items: please refer to the estimated dispatch time shown on the individual product listing or sales confirmation

During busy seasonal periods, dispatch times may be longer. We will always do our best to keep customers informed. Christmas pre-orders & launch orders carry a 3-6 week dispatch / In time for Christmas.

UK Shipping

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or another trusted courier service.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Tracked Services: 1–3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We happily ship worldwide.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs.

Christmas & Seasonal Orders

Christmas is our busiest time of year. While we work closely with Royal Mail and courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak periods.

We recommend placing orders early whenever possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly supplied addresses. Additional postage costs may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  • Be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Personalised Items

Due to the bespoke nature of personalised products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or there has been an error on our part.

Please double-check spelling and personalisation details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

We will happily arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
